Channels? Whoo-Whoo? & Far right wing?

I wanted to start a thread about the various channels on T.V. and give my lables to them as I think they are.

TLC-This channel is always putting on shows about "Hauntings" and "psychics" and what not...I'd take a rough guess and say that about 50% of their lineup consists of psuedo-scientific paranormal nonsense.

The travel Channel-This channel is constantly having lineups dealing with "Americas most haunted" and "psychics" and whatnot.

The Discover channel-This channel has alot of stuff on about Bigfoot,Bermuda triangle and other nonsense and most of the shows don't have an ounce of skeptical critique involved.

Court TV-Has a series called "Psychic detectives"

Fox news network-A very far right wing conservative channel. It seems to me that 90% of the hosts are right wing conservatives. They claim to put forth a very unbiased report on things but in reality it's anything but. Everything they report is peppered with right wing conservative comments and points of view.


Does anyone else have any others?

Television slams the skeptic's toolbox firmly shut?

Whatever. It entertained me for three minutes, so I'm good.

A great show to watch is on NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL and the show is called "Is it real?" it features James Randi pretty often and it debunks paranormal claims.

Usually the titles to the show only show up as "psychics" "Ghosts" "Exorcisms" ect.
