Chandra Levy murder: charges dropped for convicted man

Charges have been suddenly dropped for the man convicted of Chandra Levy's murder. Ingmar Guandique is being released from jail and will be deported to El Salvador. Gary Condit is a topic again as some of his other mistresses have come forward to say that he was into heavy bondage sex and Levy's bones were found with her knotted jogging tights.

One of those articles states the charges were dropped because the jailhouse snitch lied and the other one states it is because Condit lied. They probably both lied, but it would be nice to know the real reason the State isn't going to retry the guy.
