There's a man who called today at work asking about Brigham's Women's Hospital in Massachusetts. The guy described a doctor who does a surgery procedure on the knees. According to rumor, the doctor takes out worn cartilage, and replaces it with cartilage that grows and replaces the worn cartilage, so that a total knee replacement is not necessary.
This is looking corny even as I write this. But, any truth to the rumor?
