My claim is that anyone can read my mind at anytime they like. This can happen at any distance or through any obstacle except for the obstacle of refusal to admit the phenomenon. Verification of this power depends entirely upon the desire to reveal it on the part of the person/s who will be doing the testing.
I live in the outskirts of Cali, Columbia. If you are willing to document my claim, I hope that I can meet with you or your appointed representative here. I would prefer a person to person test but would accept initial informal testing by telephone.
