We had an election this year, on June 28. This resulted in a minority government. Parlaiment got back to work on Tuesday with the "throne speech" which outlines the governments plan for the year.

We may be heading for another election.

Why does out political leadership remind me so much of an episode of Ren and Stimpy?

I don't know. Ren and Stimpy was so much BETTER!

Crisis averted. The Liberals, Conservatives, and Bloc Quebecois reached a deal.

It'll be interesting to see how this session of Parlaiment plays out. Will the Liberals understand that they have to do things differently? Will another issue bring about a vote of non-confidence? What will happen next??!!

Ok, so it's not that gripping a drama.
