So much for any thoughts of having a balanced budget or paying down the debt in the next Bush Administration:

I voted yet just to piss you off.

I don't really know but I doubt it.

Well, the history of the last 40 years is clear, repugnicans are responsible for much more deficit and deficit-driven inflation than dummycraps.

Losta choice that gives us, though.

I don't think even Bush claims he will balance the budget. I thought he now has ambitious plans to cut the deficit in half by 2009. Let's also remember how this administration has made wildly optimistic claims in the past, prior to 2000 (there will be no deficit) and after 9/11.

What a douchenozzle.

Next question:

Does it bother anyone?

People who own US goverment bonds are probably seeing them fall in value.

If high deficits and a weak dollar assist the euro to become a reserve currency at the expense of the dollar it won't bother me at all.

Not to mention making future TAMs much cheaper. I´m already saving about 75-100 Euros through the exchange rates this time compared to last time.
