British Josef Fritzl Jailed

Don't despair of all your fellow humans, most just don't want to know about these things, some know, but do not know what to do about them, some hunt them.
 
I hope the promised investigation brings to light who exactly knew what and yet did nothing to help those victims!
Those found guilty of neglect/failure to act ought to be jailed, ideally in the same cell with that awful creature/perpetrator, for a minimum of 20 years, with nothing but stale bread and water!
 
Apparently people think it should be.

It was like that girl who got kidnapped but was found about a mile away from her mother's house.

People blamed the police there even though they did quite a good job.
