Don't predict a death

Isn't this the one thing that is genuinely, absolutely predictable?
If they think not, then let me astound them with this prediction:

I, BillC, predict that you will die.

Do I qualify for the million bucks?
 
I thought that Ophiuchus was now a zodiacal sign not as a result of precession, but rather as a result of a standardised definition of constellation boundaries. Precession affects the ecliptic longitude of stars and shifts them around the line of the ecliptic, but wouldn't bring any down into it.

(I reserve the right to be wrong, naturally.)
