Is Blix helping the process to hold Iraq accountable for WMD? Or is he an obvious appeaser and accomodater who has misinterpreted his instructions? When did he get the power to negotiate?
What are the inspectors doing under Blix? Running around the country of Iraq looking or holding Iraq accountable?
Is this a UN production or a Blix production?

I wouldn't want his job......

I think because he is a human being, he is going to find it hard to deliver the report. Desite the fact that he is supposed to be a team member, and is supposed to represent the UN it will be him as a human being that has to set the tone of the report. If he is critical, potentially tens of thousands of people will die or be wounded, despite the fact that it would have been the lack of co-opperation by the Iraqis.

I Know that the report will represent the views of the whole inspectorate, but how can he not personally weigh and be swayed by the consequence of what he (As the collator and team leader) has to do?

Thats why I feel he has been more recetive to the Iraqis. He could have simply refused to return, on the basis that co-opperation had not been forthcomming.

BAGHDAD, Iraq - The U.N. chief weapons inspectors emerged from key talks with Iraq officials Sunday, saying they saw signs of a "change of heart" from Baghdad over disarmament demands and that further U.N. inspections were preferable to a quick U.S.-led military strike.

So my question is: Has he upheld the UN or is he off doing his own appeasement? And Negotiating?
Dear Mr. Blix - tthis isn't about you! What have the Iraqies done?
