Batman is dead.......

I think it would be fitting if the Md cops that pulled him over in 2012 would organize a special funeral for him, as if one of their own had been killed while on duty. I think his family would really appreciate that.

Not a good idea, but sad nonetheless as by all accounts he spent a lot of money and time to help make a positive difference in children's lives.

I heard it was only partially in the fast lane, to the point where most cars were navigating around it fine. Thing is, though... it wouldn't take long for someone to come along who wasn't a very good driver or wasn't paying enough attention, and I suspect that's what happened here.

Sad story.
 
From the article, there was a car parked in the lane behind him with hazard blinkers on.

Unless the road layout was peculiar, you'd have to be reckless/drunk to hit it in that case.

I was worried when I heard this it would be that little kid, and when they said MVA I was even more upset. I'm sorry this guy was killed, he sounds like a great guy. But I was glad it wasn't that little kid, fighting cancer only to be killed by a car.
