Australian senator calls for OzExit from UN

We have had a lot of idiot politicians, but this guy takes the cake. He's well educated too. Sad.
 
OzExit is a terrible name. Should choose something like Auxit. The other *exit forms all had the benefit of having a good prefix that phonetically flowed well into the word exit. Brexit isn't pronouced Br-Exit, it is pronounced Brex-it, but OzExit would be pronounced Oz-Exit. At least with Auxit you get the same sort of syllable stress as in Brexit.
 
The UN provides a forum for lesser powers to make their voices heard, on a wide range of important issue. At the same time, nothing the UN does is binding on any member. There is no advantage to leaving the UN, no matter how counter productive or pants on head retarded you find some of their initiatives
 
I guess that answers the question of how long it would be, before the newly elected freeman-senator-on-the-land came up with something silly.

What? Is he crazy...or just ignorant? Doesn't he know the bankers already have a world-wide government?

For example:

Bankers: Well the Derivitives Market that was for so long predicted to blow up the banking system...just blew up the world banking system!

US Govt: Well, what can we do?

Bankers: Give us Trillions of Dollars and let us go back to business as usual.

US Govt: Sure...no problemo.
 
People like him are why the rest of Australia look down on Queensland. All that work bending bananas must have fried what few brain cells he had.
 
All I can say is this is a classic "Peter Principle" example. And given his lunacy and stupidity, one can only wonder at the levels of lunacy and stupidity below him that he rose above.
 
Queensland: All I know is that every movie set in the Pacific Theater in World War 2 seems to be filmed there. In the HBo miniseries "The Pacific" it stood in for Guadalcanal, New Britian, Pelielu and Okinawa.
 
OK, I'll play devil's advocate.
What has the UN ever done for Aus? I know Aus has done its share for the UN.
