This week Visibility 9-11 welcomes attorney James Gourley, author of the Request for Correction petition to the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST).

NIST's mandate required the issuance of a final report but also included recommendations which could affect the entire steel building industry, high rise evacuation procedures, high rise firefighting techniques and numerous other standards and code. The Data Quality Act has been in place to insure that government reports such as the one put out by NIST on the World Trade Center towers is useful, objective, and of sound integrity. Mr. Gourley's Request for Correction petition seeks to hold NIST accountable for the egregious errors and lies published in their report.

Requesters on the RFC include 9-11 victim family members Bob McIlvine and Bill Doyle, Physicist Steven Jones, Architect Richard Gage, Kevin Ryan and Scholars for 9-11 Truth and Justice.

I realised this has been discussed before but this audio is a full radio show with the Attorney who filed the petition. I thought it might be instructive to hear what he has to say without all the lies and diversionary tactics thrown at it by pseudoskeptics.

Is this the same request for correction that was filed by Death Star lady and Ace Baker cyber-stalking victim, Judy Wood?

Someone quote this post for me so that Rev91 can see it?

I thought it would be pretty instructive to listen to this until the point where the Lawyer states that he has not read the whole report, talk about diversionary tactics

Again someone quote this as Rev has me in his cool sig

I'm not going to listen to it. Life's too short. Does it mean the nuts hired a lawyer to spout the same old BS?

Wake us when a court finds in favour.

yes, i wonder how that petition is going? I wonder if it will ever leave the "junk mail" basket at NIST?

Anyone know if they ever got a response to this petition, or is it even sent out yet?

TAM:)

Hard to tell since the .pdf posted is undated.

Mr. Gourley said he was willing to file a lawsuit regarding the NIST report, pro bono. I say, bring it on. I hope for his client's sake he bothers to read the entire report, not just the summary.
