To be posted to the (UK) Sunday Times tomorrow starting at noon, GMT. Unfortunately no sound, apparently.

To the Germans who knew them in Hamburg they seemed entirely normal. The tape explains this mistake. It would be hard to look less homicidal — until the camera pulls back and reveals that Atta is sitting next to an AK-47.

So the tape not only fills a gap in the story of September 11 but also provides chilling proof of the difficulty of fighting Islamic terrorism: these two “normal”, happy, unthreatening individuals turned out to have an explosive effect on the history of the 21st century.

You can almost hear Alex Jones saying "Come on, Osama, we've almost got you guys off the hook! Can you stop cutting us off at the knees with these videos?"

BTW, there's a picture on the front page of the Times' website that is interesting. I've heard and read several women claim that Atta was a handsome guy, but this is the first picture I've seen that shows it. He does look a little like Charlie Manson.
 
To the CTers, this video will be looked at as a set-up of the patsies by the CIA/NWO/Moloch Worshippers, and nothing more. It is more solid evidence for those in the real, sane world, yes, but for the CTers...oh well.

Oh please, since the Bin Laden confession tapes, cgi has improved immensely. This will blow your minds away; the video will feel as authentic as the first cds where the LP scratch sound was edited in for ambience.

If it weren't for the obvious 80's hairdo (WHAM!-style, no less, what with the mullet and all; you'd think Atta's a modern day Scandinavian, for crying out loud!) I'd almost buy it. But obviously, the CIA/FBI/NSC and others don't pay too much attention to recent fashion history, again foiling their devious plans of... whatever it is they're trying to accomplish.

The Sunday Times has obtained a copy of the video through a previously tested channel. The tape has no soundtrack and a US source said lip readers had tried without success to decipher what was being said.

There you have it: obviously they were just telling friends and family about how uncle Binnie had a blast treating the young men at his vacation resort.

Surely, the troofers must have some expert lipreaders among them, given that they claim that a third of the U.S. agrees with their conspiranoid world view, and surely, they'll be able to tap into their deep well of "experts" to figure it out promptly. :rolleyes:

The experts won't be able to figure it out; they're far too young for such an overwhelming task. Which is why I've done it for us all, in my infinite wisdom.

As for the LC thread, nothing suprising there. The conpiranoids will always come up with stupid stuff, and will always avoid the obvious in order to promote the most ridiculous theories that suit their conspiranoid world views.

CGI? Don't be silly, this isn't a movie. We all know that the hijackers are still alive and that this video was probably recorded yesterday.

They grew beards after 9/11 so no one would recognize them.

Oh, indeed. Is their hair greyed enough to be of today? In your version, I bet the hairdos are pretty simple. If you, however, watch the latest hi-res release, you will realise the power of the mullett.

And, why would they grow beards AFTER 9/11? The layers of the onion keep unpeeling, and I need to know why.

Oh, lookie. They're being... funny. And, as always, nobody is analysing photos in a way that included angles of light, the light sources strength... I must say that I'm puzzled.
 
even better, they are comparing a still of the two of them laughing, with the two frowning photos from their passports. I think if you could get a still from the same video of them frowning, you would see they are the same people. I have seen enough photos of both of them to know these are the real Jarrah and Atta.

I wish some antropologist with neat equipment could analyse all the photos, stills AND video alike.
