AP Projecting Webb Is The Winner In Virginia

CNN is still holding pat. Since they base their results largely off of the AP, I would imagine that to change very soon.

Now MSNBC is announcing Webb's victory:

NPR had a brief bit today indicating that the party was telling Allen to concede; no reason given.

I don't know how the AP makes this more likely for Webb to win than the last time before they started counting provisionals. They had reported 100% complete on most counties before. Now none of the counties are 100% yet.
