Anybody see NOVA NOW last night?

It had an interesting segment about how scientists are trying to create life from scratch. Check out this site:

It does not have the full segmment to be viewed yet. (it will be available on the 19th) There is an interview with a the head of the genome project who is sckeptical of thier success. But then he's admittedly religeous.
 
I did see it and it was fascinating. I particularly enjoyed the astronomer who talked about how all new technology has always had the possibility of misuse. Time has shown that the benefits almost always outweigh the danger.

He had one quote that is sig material. It went something like “If we had always listened to the men in robes who said ‘that’s not for you’ we would still be living in caves”. When they put the transcript up I will make sure I get it right.
