Anybody hear of a group called Concerned Citizens of Saskatchewan?

We got an email from them this morning with a PDF attachment which was a screed complaining about "Controllers" manipulating the weather through geoengineering and solar radiation management basicly the normal chemtrails nonsense. All this to kill of most of the poor people in the world.

There were two interesting things about it: 1) It was addressed to and sent to a bunck of UK MPs, but also sent to a load of Garda offices in Cork and 2) it acknowledged that global warming is real and a serious problem that could kill us all.

So anybody encounter this bunch of conspiracy nuts?

I have seen them mentioned in connection with 'sovereign citizens' and support for the USA taking over to help them get independence from Canada.
But I couldn't point you at anything specific.

It's winter in Saskatchewan! Cabin fever used to be a mostly private affair, but now the crazies have internet access......

This "group" is likely a lone hermit somewhere up around Athabasca Lake.
