I want EVIDENCE to support your claim that Silverstein made out like a bandit.

wow. this sounds like the exact comment I engaging with a truther on another forum...same thing. he claims Silverstein made out like a bandit, but when you add the numbers, Silverstein, at most, would only have 1.3 billion to use as he needs (more than likely, to put toward the WTC complex anyway) ... that is if he gets his $12.3 Billion he's asking for.

Forget that he still owes $400 million on WTC 7. Forget that he is still losing rent.

Unless you can provide serious evidence this "silverstein made out like a bandit" debacle can be safely tucked away and considered null. There is no case when your only evidence is casting doubt on unrelated issues.

He is one of the leading "no claimers." Other than that Larry S, made out like a bandit... but he never provides evidence...

Well, what you see here too often is this idea that Silverstein will have to use the insurance proceeds to rebuild the WTC. It's simply not true.
