Anti JFK ct resources needed

This is a good online resource:

For book readers, Gerald Posner's Case Closed is considered the definitive text.

Vincent Bugliosi (prosecutor of Charles Manson gang) will be publishing his own book on the subject later this year.

Did you tell them is it illegal to be a CT on JFK unless they have been to Dallas and seen that the shot was too easy for anyone to make.

It should be.
Yeah, Beach. Makes sense to you and me. But these are twoofers. They'll maybe concede that Oswald was just a patsy, setup with a gun and all. But he didn't shoot Kennedy. Those "others" did that.

A few days ago I read Robert Oswald's interview from 10 years ago. He was Lee's elder brother by 5 years. Said it would never have happened - no way - if the father had not prematurely died just 2 months before Lee was born.

Funny. The 2 people closest to Lee Harvey Oswald - his wife Marina and his brother Robert - both absolutely knew he did it. The CTs stay away from that. Too damning.

I have been to Dallas and the assassination museum. That shot could be made blindfolded.

My friend is an idiot. He has never read the Warren Report and refuses too. Claims its untrstworthy. Yet he reads ct books by authors who have "integrity".

He keeps telling me that 51 eyewitnesses thought shots came from the grassy knoll but he has never read their statements. Nor does he understand eyewitness testimony is unreliable.

He claims someone in from of the Texas School Depository dressed in the same exact clothing as Oswald. So it must have been Oswald and therefore couldn't have done the shooting:rolleyes:

Obviously the Warren Report, for all its flaws, is a good starting point. If he won't read that I suspect he'd not touch Posner's "Case Closed". Maybe you could get him to read "Conspiracy of One: The Definitive Book On The Kennedy Assassination" by Jim Moore. Moore started out as a critic of the Warren Report and did a 180 by careful scientific research, documentation and-of particular importance- thoroughly examining all the other CT books. It's an excellent, and easy read. He even brings up things that no one else ever thought to ask, like why Oswald, when confronted by his boss and a policeman minutes after the assassination bought a Coke and not his usual Diet Pepper from the lunchroom soft drink machine. Highly recommended.

Your friend sounds like he might be at least a little swayed by playing JFK Reloaded.

Suggest you stress that it's not a debunking resource in itself; just let him try and make the shot in a video-game context. If he's Generation Y(outube) but not beyond help, it should ring alarm bells somewhere in his mind to see how easy it would be.

They did think that when they saw it. The wound was clean, small, and round, like bullet entrance wounds usually are. Exit wounds are usually larger and messier.

What they didn't realize at the time is that his shirt collar was snug around the exit wound so kept the skin there from being ripped outward. It's clearly from the same bullet that made a hole in his back, which is also a clean entrance type wound.

I came across that site, linked via jfkonline. There's no hint of when the DVD might be available though. Does anyone know?

The FAQ on the site says "in the near future," but then, it's said that for at least 3 months (probably much longer, I'm being conservative here). Quite irritating, but I'll probably buy it as soon as it comes out nonetheless. His animation was scrutinized by the Z-axis Corporation, and they concluded:

"[SIZE=-1]Mr. Myers has taken a comprehensive and reasoned approach to animating this event and has successfully incorporated many diverse visual records into a unified and consistent recreation. We believe that the thoroughness and detail incorporated into his work is well beyond that required to present a fair and accurate depiction."

He pretty much proved the case beyond reasonable doubt. Perhaps he should do a Twin Towers animation (it just occurred to me that this approach could well be the ultimate anti-CT approach, as we all know CTers' penchant for videos!).

I love this page in particular. It's the same approach used by the 9/11 CTists; contempt for specialists, experts and the scientific method, and a reliance upon discrepancies that seem significant when applying the "Mk.I eyeball" and our old friend "common sense":

Take a look at CE 856, an identical bullet fired through the wrist of a human cadaver -- just one of the bones smashed by the magic bullet. Yet the government says it can prove this with some fancy physics in a nuclear laboratory. Of course they can. Theoretical physics can prove an elephant can hang from a cliff with its tail tied to a daisy, but use your eyes -- your common sense --

(he holds the bullet)

Seven wounds, skin, bone. This single bullet explanation is the foundation of the Warren Commission's claim of a lone assassin. And once you conclude the magic bullet could not create all seven of those wounds, you have to conclude there was a fourth shot and a second rifleman. And if there was a second rifleman, there had to be a conspiracy.(1)
[emphasis mine]

Stone really dropped the ball with this film. It's interesting how "straight" his World Trade Center film seems to have been played. Maybe the sheer scale of the tragedy prevented him from swallowing the CTs surrounding the event. Or maybe he's just older and wiser. Has he ever expressed regret at perpetuating so many of the myths surrounding the assassination I wonder?
