This is the other main thought I always have when I see the Annoying Creationist thread, that it should really be a how to guide.

So this is really the companion thread to the Non Annoying Creationist thread I started recently

Step 1: Think for yourself.

Mission Accomplished.

Step 3: Give their "science" all the respect it deserves.

Step 4a: Remind them of it when they repeat it later.

Step 5: Flap your arms.

Oops. That's from hammy's playbook.

Step 4c. Tell them that belief in their magic God is a trick from Satan.

Step 5: Quote The Bible to point out how the Creationist violates its teachings (Leviticus is a good place to start). They will then mention that parts of The Bible are not to be taken literally and/or invalid.

Step 5b: Bring up the "invalid" comment every time they use The Bible to back up an argument.

Step 5c: When they say that "this" part of the Bible is valid call them a hypocrite and a fair-weather Christian to their face.

Well, they're begging the question of God, first off.

The first step ought to be proving God exists, then we can postulate on what such a being does or does not do. What they are doing is getting you to accept that god exists, then try to explain away all their reasoning pertaining to such.

THe real answer to
"God created the Universe"
isn't
"The Universe wasn't created by an intelligent being."
it is
"Who? Show me this 'God' of yours."
(Note that 'God' and 'Intelligent Being' are interchangeable, here.)

Be sure you point out any logical fallacies that crop up, such as Circular Reasoning.
