It is my intention to demonstrate within the guidelines of your competent statistician the power to access the future through hypnosis. A positive or negative result will be easily determined within the next week by use of public broadcasting. For examples; lottery numbers, earthquakes, storms and possibly unforeseen disasters.

I hereby agree that JREF shall be granted free use of all recordings and documentation gathered as a result of the testing.

I hereby surrender any legal action against James Randi, or anyone peripherally involve, and against the JREF as far as this may be done by established statutes. This applies to injury, accident or any other injury physical or emotional in nature, and or financial or professional loss or damage of any kind.

Upon the ocassion of the formal test a possible conclusion that I did not demonstrate the claimed ability or power can be verified by your competent statistician by the action of the statistician stating at that time that no predictions of the future were made by myself.

The preliminary test can be conducted at my own residence at *************. Timing for testing must be agreed upon by all parties.

We are in receipt of your JREF Paranormal Challenge application. However, your accompanying claim letter was incomplete, so your application cannot be processed at this time.

In order to process your application, you would need to provide us with a brief letter detailing the following three points:

A- How do you propose to DEMONSTRATE your claim...
B- Under what CONDITIONS...
C- With what degree of ACCURACY (or, how many "hits" out of how many attempts?)...

Once we have that data from you, we can then process your application.

Please understand that in order to pass preliminary testing, the applicant must demonstrate their claim under controlled conditions, leaving no room for judging or interpretation by either the JREF or the applicant. As regards the testing of claims involving prophecy, please be advised that your predictions must be VERY accurate if they are to be accepted as proof of paranormal ability.

A reply...

My special ability is communicating back through time from the future. Test procedures will include a word for word prediction of television news casts predicted word for word along with a time prediction down to the minute of broadcast. I will also include the drawings of daily lottery numbers, any breaking news stories and possibly natural disasters for the week following the preliminary test. This will constitute a successful demonstration. The circumstances of my ability are extremely negotiable due to the fact that my ability is not restricted by circumstances. Any additional circumstances or test procedures requested by faculty of JREF can be negotiated prior to the preliminary test.

I have previously submitted an application to JREF, and received a letter in response from JREF dated Jan 29, 2005. The letter that I have received from JREF states that my application will remain “Here with us on file, should you proceed with this matter.” It also states ,”Your accompanying claim letter was incomplete, so your application cannot be processed at this time.” If this response is incomplete, please contact me by e-mail, alfredknndy@yahoo.com, and through the USPC to, as your return letter stated, ”Help expedite matters.” As of today, February 1, 2005, I will be contacting M. Kramer, JREF by both e-mail and postal mail which will include a self addressed stamped envelope.

Your claim has been accepted. It seems fairly simple to test, if the assertions in your most recent email are indeed sincere. As both yourself and the JREF are located in South Florida, I'm sure that we will be able to access the same local TV stations.

As per your email, please present us with your "word for word predictions" of what will be aired LIVE on a forthcoming TV News broadcast. You must tell us the following:

A- What Date?
B- What News Station?
C- What Time will it air LIVE?
D- The Time "down to the minute" of each story/segment.
E- The daily LOTTO numbers.
F- Your verbatim transcription of the forthcoming telecast.

In our mutual efforts to verify your claim, the JREF will NOT be requiring any data from you about "possible natural disasters for the following week", but you may feel free to provide such, if you feel so compelled.

I have recieved your latest e-mail from 2/3/2005. You requested that I respond with my "word for word predictions'", however my ability to communicate through time is done by myself through self hypnosis and will require a person to person conversation. I am unable to type in a state of hypnosis. In the application, JREF states that it will not provide transportation to verify claims. This implies that preliminary tests are capable of being conducted person to person. This is what brought me here to southern Florida. I am capable of meeting with you at your convenience.

Well, here we go again.

The drivel drivels on...

I have applied by signing your application form where indicated before a notatry public, and clearly stated my ability I am now waiting for my test proceedures to be agreed upon. 1. I have clearly stated in advance what powers and abilities that will be demonstrated and what would constiute a positive or negative result. 5. My ability can only be performed at the preliminary test where before an appointed representative. Neither distance, time, or location is limitation for myself as I am presently in the area. Your application indirectly applies in section 5. that a member of the JREF staff can attend. Your previous e-mail, dated February 10, 2005, states, "You have not answered my questions. Please read the Challenge rules once again if you do not understand what is required order." If you review the Challenge application, perhaps you can tell me where I have breached the agreement. Personaly I believe that to be impossible. If the questions that I have not answered were "A- What Date?, What news station, what time will it air live?, and the daily lotto numbers." then it is entirely apparent that it was not myself that breached the agreement. Nowhere in the application does it state that such a request would be made before the preliminary test as you have requested. I am under the assumption that James Randi is aware that in paranormal and Psycic abilities there is what is called in Calculus a nonremovable limit on the chart of the equation at the point of conformation. This is also demonstrated in Physics in the double slit experiment where a light wave constantly travels through both slits symotaneously until sensors are placed to determine which slit the photon passed through, then the photon is forced to penetrate eather one hole or the other and strikes the film this time not as a wave but as a dot on one side or the other due to the change in conformation proceedures and awareness of the scientist. Hisenburgh's uncertainty principle is another example, as is Schroodinger's cat. Personaly I have overridden this limit utilising the separate levels of conceousness exposed by hypnosis. There would be no need for these and other elaborate explanations if the rules laid out by JREF himself were not breeched. These and many more reasons are why I cannot answer the questions you have asked through a computer keyboard. I ask you to proceed as your employer insists.

You have made a paranormal claim. We accept it. Now provide the data we have requested. No "One on One" test is required for your claim. Simply make your predictions in accordance with the accuracy I have previously requested, and it will be very easy to see if your "predictions" come true. If you cannot comply, you may certainly feel free to withdraw your claim.

Also, please refrain from all "breach of contract" references when corresponding with us. You can speak to your lawyer about such matters, should you feel compelled to do so, but not to me.

Please focus on your claim when dealing with us, and not on future litigations you may be considering, as such threats will serve only to slow the Challenge application process.
