• Quick note - the problem with Youtube videos not embedding on the forum appears to have been fixed, thanks to ZiprHead. If you do still see problems let me know.

Ah the old watchmaker gambit

If it weren't for the clear claptrap, It'd be a wonderful thing.

ETA: the site also has a "Plague Game" in which you have to drag a # symbol to the plagues in the order of occurence. This is ridiculous!

Incredible, isn't it? :jaw-dropp

Sadly, no. It's entirely credible, and that's what's scary to me.

The fact that such a game was made doesn't surprise me, and THAT surprises me more that anything about this.

Why din't that person just think to themselves "Well, I believe that everything was made by God, and if that's the case, science will fall to the ground eventually (because they don't take God into account), meaning that I don't have to misrepresent them in a video for children"?

Reason is that such a person isn't confident enough, and has to misrepresent science to make a point.

The least secure shout the loudest is my experience.

Of course, that doesn't mean that a creationist can speak politely and still be wrong...

All that creative and technical effort into producing a load of BS. Sad really.

But on the bright side, the Flash animation is on youtube, it would make an excellent demonstration of the strawman to school children.

It certainly demonstrates an incredible lack of scientific knowledge.
