"I just wish more of his charitable work was concentrated on because he does do a hell of a lot of work," William said. "I just really hold him in great admiration about the amount of time he gives up to do work here and there."

From the AP, Prince William on Prince Charles.

Nice sentiment for a son to express. However, what else has Charles got to do? He has millions, no real skills, a job that he got by being born, and no prospect. One would hope he might give some of his time to "chairity."

Admirable as the works may be, what about those who have to work for a living (driving cabs, painting houses, serving food) who still find the time to give what little time they have and money they have to helping their fellow men.

Not sure why I am ranting about this (save a genreal scorn for monarchy) but the English Monarchy hasn't come up with an origincal idea since William the Bastard changed his name and invaded Saxon England. In the real world, Charles would make a very nice insurance adjuster or resturaunt host....

senseless and needless rant over....
