Two brothers kept their mother's dead body in storage while they cashed her Social Security checks...until one brother got drunk and told the cops he just needed the money until he could "get back on his feet".

Brett Burton is charged with forgery, theft and disorderly conduct.

He is also charged with posses sion of marijuana and drug para phernalia and having an open container of beer.

Now this is what I call throwing the book at someone!

"Your Honor, not only did this man stash his dead mother in a U-Lok-It storage facility, we found him with an open container of beer!"

So I notice there is no specific crime he was charged with in regards to the body. Would that be the "disorderly conduct" charge.
