A new low for conspiracy nuts?

The "AIDS was invented to kill black people" conspiracy theory has been around for a while. I'm not sure if the World Health Organisation was part of the theory before, though. (Then again, in the eyes of most CTers I've talked to, any large enough organisation that they're not a member of is part of the conspiracy.)
 
I saw this story some days ago within a german forum.
The guy who brought it up cited:

Donald McArthur, a Pentagon department head supposedly
requested financial aid (10 million) to produce a virus which
the immunological, human sytem isn´t able to defeat. An
accidental published protocol revealed this information"

Not belittling doctors but one isn't needed to disprove this crock. Mostly it is claimed based on Nixon's special message on population in 1969.

Conspiracy thought patterns have been around for as long as man because some people always look for sinister meanings behind normal events. Then again, some people are just plain stupid. How else would that stupid urban legend about the Church's Fried Chicken crap get started (Church's uses a bacterialogical that sterilizes black men and leaves white people alone).

I've heard this nonsense before, from angry blacks with penknives to grind and neo-Nazis, who are delighted by the theory, and of course, it's arrant nonsense.

If the medical lab guys and the politicians wanted to "ethnically cleanse" Africans, they picked a slow, tedious, and ineffective way to do it. AIDS takes time, crowds hospitals, and doesn't really keep up with birth rates. Because of that time and so on, it lends itself towards exposure.

"Superflu," as written in Stephen King's The Stand, would be a lot more effective, as King fans would know.

No, the models for genocide are not by inflicting disease. Hitler set the gold standard for effective genocide, but Pol Pot and the Rwandans are not far behind in this grim, cynical, and horrific calculus of mass murder.

This "theory" is just rubbish being used by cynics and ideologues to gain attention, support, and money.
 
Once upon a time, I read a leaflet claiming that HIV was created by Jewish scientists and deliberately spread among the black population for the express purpose of wiping out The White Man. This would allegedly work because, as is common knowledge, black men simply can't refrain from raping white women. Thus, AIDS would become rampant among whites and within just a couple of generations all the white people would die out, leaving The International Jew in charge.

Yeah.
