That is from 2004. However, I have to wonder what storage medium they are using if they can only store 3,000 or even 10,000 votes?

Also, this seems to have affected state positions rather than federal positions and there is nothing to suggest it wasn't simply a blunder. Hence, I am not sure where the idea that someone is trying to steal the election comes (let alone that is one side and not the other) from.
