23andMe files for bankruptcy
If you have or had a 23andMe DNA report account, It would probably be a good idea to completely delete it. The data was supposed to be covered by their Privacy Policy but who knows what's going to happen to it now. I did delete my account some time back. "Once confirmed, this process cannot be canceled, undone, withdrawn, or reversed." Thing is, I never got a confirmation FROM THEM that it was deleted, except that I can't sign in with the access codes I was using.
(I know this was covered in a previous thread. Cursory visual and tag searching turned up nothing.)
