Okay, sorry to add yet another thread to the wiretap issue, but I seem to have a somewhat different take on the issue than a lot of people, so I'm hoping y'all can shed some light. :) My point of view is this: forget FISA, war powers, Constitutional authority and all that rubbish. Go straight...
