telecommuting

With all the people projected to be out sick with the flu or home telecommuting, there are fears that the Internet could be overburdened with all the traffic of telecommuters working from home and people who use the Internet for...recreation. What failsafe is/are in place to keep the system...

Seriously. A lot of IT work could be done at home at LEAST as effectively at home as it is going to building X in a cube farm....and MAN could you save on overhead. I know it happens some, but it still seems to be a trickle at most. wt-o??
