Stuttering Crashing PC

Hi all, I have a strange problem with my PC. My motherboard has a built ac97 audio card and I've also added a yamaha sw1000xg (which i always use). Since taking my pc to have a new motherboard fan fitted, the audio now stutters when playing music or videos. I'm not entirely sure but it may get...
