    Bill O'Reilly doesn't understand tides, or is playing dumb

    I'm not sure what Bill's motivation was in bringing up the tides. Does he really not know? Or was it the tactic of trying to catch Silverman with a random question? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vU1uN8QwCE The look on Silverman's face was priceless.
