You may recall Scott Ritter, the UN Weapons Inspector who opposed the Iraq War. Ritter was busted in 2001 for attempting to meet what he thought was an underaged girl he'd been chatting with on the internet, for sex. Well, he's still at it:

It turns out Scott Ritter will not be going to Iraq as previously planned. When asked why he mumbled something about "no internet access" ...hmmm...cryptic...developing.
