I had a disturbing conversation yesterday. A recently hired coworker of mine is Chaldean. I had never heard of Chaldeans until I moved to Detroit, but there are a lot of them here. Chaldeans are an ethnic minority in Iraq. They are also found in Syria and Lebanon. Perhaps other places...

Christians? No. This one may actually be. District teachers and staff led Bible clubs at several schools. Club members got to go to the head of the lunch line. EDIT: POV

This article presents the background. We've all read it over at Rapture Ready, too. Christians are being persecuted, apparently. Partly, this is part of Jesus' prophecy, so in a way, is a good thing. Anyway, what do you say? Are Christians being persecuted?
