I have never heard such an idea. It's my own patented idea. In light of the fact that the world knows we have thousands, and yet we won't let Iran or North Korea even have *ONE*...even though we are the country to use 2 of them, and we have no *proof* that they'd use *one* against us or anyone...

So, there are claims North Korea has nukes, that Iran is just about to develop them, and the US has just blown multiple billions on the place that didn't have them. Go figga.
