There was an ad for this website in one of the campus rags: http://www.theeyefix.com It states: It also claims to be "proven and patented." As best as I can tell, the procedure is to wear an "OrthoC" lens for 15 minutes a day to "gradually" reshape the eyeball. The ad in the paper says...
