    U.S. Needs More Inflation to Speed Recovery, Say Mankiw, Rogoff Sounds right to me, assuming that the Fed can actually control inflation at the desired level. I don't know how much control they actually have. Assuming that the Fed wanted 6% inflation +/-1% or so, could they reliably do that...
