    help find WTC7 paper

    In the NIST preliminary report on the WTC7 collapse, as well as in the FEMA report, a paper by John J. Salvarinas is cited as a reference. Does anyone know where I can find it or can help locate it? Any help in locating this paper would be highly appreciated.
