    When will we see this headline leveled against Karzai? Kghquadhafi, Assad, Hussein, Ahmedinejad... they all "killed their own people" when they responded with force to put down violent protests. So far I haven't seen this phrase used against Karzai. Surely just a matter of time, amirite?
