    Current Fords less fuel efficent than Model T?

    http://www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/science/06/04/ford.sierra.reut/index.html Does anyone know whether it is factually true? And if it is true, is it because the reasearch for fuel efficiency is not profitable, or because cars now have many more features that require power?
