I don't know anything about that area of the law but I suspect

I'm no fan of eminent domain. I think it's exploited often enough to have it banished from the books. So this made me giggle.

Seems a small town in California is trying to take the land WalMart bought by imminent domain in order to block the construction.
Right or wrong? I'm sure there's bound to be some interesting thoughts here.
