    One last question about the usefulness of the Electoral College.

    In many of the other E.C. threads, I see the claim that the E.C. prevents larger states from bullying smaller states. Would someone give an example of a 21st century issue that might be part of a presidential campaign platform that would result in larger states bullying smaller states?
