Or so says one Demetri Marchessini in his book Women in Trousers: A Rear View (published in 2003 but it seems that only recently has anyone actually read a copy). He also said it was "hostile behaviour" for women to wear trousers rather than skirts and that "women’s legs are essentially sexy"...
