David Blunkett, according to this article, thinks those who have been wrongfully imprisoned should be charged £3000 a year for the priveledge of being locked up. I mean, all that food and lodgings doesn't pay for itself, now, does it? Someone tell me that the Sunday Herald makes this stuff up...
