Will be interesting to see how this one turns out. The problem arises from a trend toward megachurches. They run 24/7, hold concerts and attract a lot of additional traffic.
A couple of weeks ago, my fiance got a chuckle when one of her coworkers brought some fliers from a friend into work. They were quickly laughed over and then shredded. The best my fiance can remember is that it was a "Come to our church" type flier that was heavy on some quite laughable 9/11...

I can't say I'm 100% against this. Setting aside the free speech issue, I think, in the long term, this would work to divide the american church more than anything. Thoughts?
Over the last couple of weeks thereve been a couple of church fires. Both of them were insured.
Isnt that a lack of faith to insure a church. Wouldnt you believe that God would protect the building?
I remeber Ned Flanders not having insurance cause he considered it a "form of gambling"
Do they get out of all taxes?? Like sales and property taxes?
What is the reasoning behind that. When a church burns does the fire department not come?? If they are getting these services why should they avoid the taxes.
