Water doesn't hydrate
The bottom line to this (as I see it) is they want to prevent Bottled Water companies from saying that their water can prevent dehydration, because it sounds like there's something "Special" about their bottled water.

Hey that's cool, I never believed bottled water was necessarily any healthier for you than anything else.
I use a Britta at home because the water out of my tap is warm and thick tasting.
