    Boo-boo blows Genesis

    According to an article in Science (22 October) a design error by Lockheed Martin caused some sensors to be installed upside down, leading the spacecraft to crash into Utah last September (because they failed to sense the appropriate motion and therefore did not tell the parachute to open)...
