Withholding news from prisoner of his execution - cruel or humane?
The Chinese have not yet told Akmal Shaikh he is to be executed and will not do until 24 hours before he is to die. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8431750.stm I can't see much in this method that is truly humane.
