    "Internal" strength in the martial arts

    Anyone with some exposure to the martial arts has heard about 'external' and 'internal' martial arts. I wrote this up recently on the issue http://www.statisticool.com/internal.htm Is their vector theory the best they can do? It isn't really a convincing theory I must say.
