I thought that was all just a ..er... load of crap, but if he'd penned it back then it does perhaps indicate that it may be true. It would explain his terrible tailoring.

I' don't think Cohen was saying Trump actually took a dump in his pants. I believe he was describing a particular campaign event where Trump was hamming it up on the stage. And seriously, Trump looked liked he was struggling to poop and then his face showed the relief as if he finally squeezed it out..
It's bizarre and you can see why Cohen described it as Von Schitzinpants.

To be fair, we don't even know if he is a millionaire. There is value in some of his real estate holdings, but we don't yet know the full extent of his debts. He could actually be a negative-millionaire. (A reverse-millionaire? An anti-millionaire?)
