SOme question as to how much money she has,her billionaire hubby might be pyaing her legal bills.
And in addition to the order to report to prison on May 30th, she got the 452 Million restituion bill presented to day.

She turned herself in at the Texas Federal Prison.
No perp walk, she was not handcuffed.
She will be there for a long time barring pardon or clemency. Federal Prison has no parole system. You can get 54 days off your term or a year of good behavior, so barring the above mentioned, she will spend 9 years at Club Fed.
 
She never (tried to?) cash out her grifted stock valuation. Would/should have received decades.

I still think Elon has grifted more (and cashed out billions) and faced nothing... yet.

It's called evidence. No solid evidence that Musk..whom I despise...has broken any laws.
Plenty of evidence that Holmes did, though.
Problem is if she tries to cash out her stock, the feds will be there to scoop it up to pay her 400 Million restituuion bill.

I think there's 4 or 5 stock manipulation cases to be made against Elon but no one wants to press the cases, but we agree... there's no valuation extant for Holmes to draw on.
Anyway, she got only ~11 because she never tried to cash out. IMO.
