James Lewis was the only person to serve time related to the Tylenol cyanide case that killed several people.

Lewis was not prosecuted for the actual poisoning, but for trying to extort Johnson and Johnson. However, during his contact he showed knowledge of details of the case that were not public. With his death the case is likely to never be solved.

Roger Arnold

"Because Arnold had been questioned, his co-workers on the loading dock got to calling him the “Tylenol Kid.” This so infuriated [Roger] Arnold that he stood outside a bar on Lincoln Avenue one night and shot dead the man he thought had dropped his name to the police." Mr. Arnold was another suspect evidence (there was indirect against him), but Mr. Lewis was a real piece of work. Sun-Times.
